Signals are time-sensitive
A signal is only useful while the market price is still near the entry.
The timing problem
PIPFORGE generates signals based on current market conditions. Entry prices, stop losses and targets are calculated for that exact moment. If gold moves 10 points before you see the card, the original risk-reward may no longer exist.
How stale is too stale?
As a rule of thumb, if the signal is older than its entry timeframe, treat it as reference only. For example, a 5-minute setup that is more than an hour old has probably passed its best window. The app flags these with a stale warning.
Why this matters
Entering late can push your stop loss further from the current price, or place your take profit further away, making the trade worse than the one PIPFORGE published. Always check the current chart before acting.
