Signal statuses explained
ACTIVE, WATCHING, CLOSED WIN, CLOSED LOSS and INVALIDATED tell you where a signal is in its lifecycle.
Active
The signal is live and the price hasn't reached the stop loss or any take profit yet. This is the window when you can act, but only if the current price is still close to the entry.
Watching
The setup is forming but not fully triggered. Price or momentum hasn't crossed the final confirmation yet.
Closed win / Closed loss
The lifecycle engine detected that price hit either a take profit or the stop loss. The signal is now historical and should be used for learning, not for new entries.
Invalidated
The setup broke before it could trigger, or market conditions changed enough that the strategy no longer considers it valid.
